By accessing or using the AIPS Store website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Custom Products

Most items on our website are custom-made.
Once printed, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Wrong design/print sent
  • Item is damaged or defective

Custom-made products are produced only after order confirmation and payment.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Payment methods: UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.
  • If payment fails but money is deducted, refund is issued by the bank/gateway.
  • AIPS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks or payment gateway providers.

3. Printing & Color Variation

Slight color differences may occur due to:

  • Screen brightness
  • Fabric absorption
  • Printing process
  • Minor variations are not defects.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on location (3–10 business days).
  • Shipping delays due to courier/logistics are possible.
  • Tracking details are sent via email.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Pricing & Changes

Prices may change anytime without prior notice.
Offers and coupons apply only during valid periods.

6. Intellectual Property

Designs uploaded by customers are their responsibility.
AIPS is not liable for copyrighted or illegal designs submitted by customers.
AIPS reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates intellectual property laws.

7. Returns & Replacements

Replacements are accepted only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged/defective product
  • Major print issues
  • Proof required: photos + unboxing video within 48 hours.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be handled under applicable laws of India.
AIPS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Fan Art Disclaimer

Some products sold on AIPS Store are fan-art inspired designs.
AIPS Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any brand, company, anime studio, movie studio, or character owner.
All designs are original artwork created by independent artists and are intended as fan art only.
