Yes. All products are custom printed on-demand as per the design provided by the customer.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before printing starts.
Once production begins, cancellation or changes are not possible.

3. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since products are custom-made, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements are provided only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. There is no minimum order requirement.

6. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed in 2–4 business days.
Delivery time depends on courier service and location.

7. Will print colors match exactly?

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
Minor variations are not considered defects.
