Refund & Returns Policy

AIPS (Artistic Impressions Printing Studio) makes custom printed products (T-shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, Keychains, Mousepads, Keyboard pads etc.). Because items are printed on-demand, our refund/returns policy is specialized — please read carefully.

1. No Return / No Exchange for Custom Products

All custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product or wrong design shipped). The following are not valid reasons for return:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered wrong size
  • Color difference due to screen settings
  • Delivery delay due to courier

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement

We will provide a free replacement only in these cases:

  • Wrong product (different design/variant) shipped
  • Product received is damaged (broken mug, torn garment)
  • Printing defect (smudged print, missing print area, severe misalignment)
  • Completely incorrect size sent by our side (not minor fit variations)

Proof Required: Please provide clear photos and an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without proof cannot be processed.

3. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email: support@aipsstore.com
  2. Include: Order ID, registered phone number, description of issue, clear photos and unboxing video.
  3. We will acknowledge within 24–48 hours and guide the next steps.

4. Time Window

Please report damaged/defective/incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, we cannot accept claims for replacement because custom items cannot be restocked.

5. Refunds — Limited Cases

Refunds are only issued in limited circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before production started
  • Payment deducted but order failed / could not be fulfilled
  • Replacement unavailable (out of stock)

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days for cards/UPI (may vary by bank/gateway).

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before printing/production starts. Once printing has started, or the item is packed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Exchanges (Apparel)

We do not offer size exchanges as a standard because items are custom-printed. However, if we have shipped the wrong size, we will replace it free of cost (subject to proof).

8. Color & Print Disclaimer

Slight color differences can occur due to screen settings, fabric absorption, and printing processes. Minor shade variations are not considered defects.

9. Shipping Damages

In case the outer packaging is damaged at delivery, please:

  • Refuse the delivery OR accept and record damage on courier receipt (if possible)
  • Take photos of outer box + product and record unboxing video
  • Contact us within 48 hours for replacement

10. GST & Legal

AIPS complies with Indian GST and consumer protection laws. As per e-commerce norms, custom-made goods are treated as non-returnable; replacements are provided for manufacturing/fulfillment errors only.
